The invention relates to microbiologic and medical industries, genetic engineering and biotechnology. Based on constructing recombinant plasmid DNA comprising structural gene of human alpha-fitoprotein (rHuAFP), promoter controlled a yeast strain Sacchamyces cerevisiae is produced providing synthesis and production in secretory soluble rHuAFP having activity identical or similar activity of the mature serum rHuAFP. The obtained rHuAFP can be used as an active agent for preparing therapeutic medicaments for use in oncology, immunotherapy, cosmetology, and for diagnosis of cancer and embryonal pathology. |
