An organic electroluminescent device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to deliver a driving signal to a pixel by securing a smooth contact between an anode/cathode electrode and a wiring. An anode electrode(150), a light emitting layer(170), and a cathode electrode(190) are formed on a substrate(100). At least one among the anode electrode and the cathode electrode includes a conductive layer and an interface material. The interface material is coated on both sides of the conductive layer. A thickness ratio of the conductive layer and the interface material is 5:1 or 10:1. The anode electrode and the cathode electrode are includes the conductive layer and the interface material in a contact surface with a wiring. The conductive layer is made of material selected from groups composed of Ag, Al, Mo, W, Ti, and Cu. The interface material includes an ITO(Indium Tin Oxide) or an IZO(Indium Zinc Oxide). |
