A communications device, a communications system and an installing method using the same capable of performing a communication function after automatically installing an install program in a computer system are provided to reduce a time and cost by automatically software program. A communications unit(10) performs a communication function. A storage(17) stores a firmware for communication function performance. A transceiver(15) transmits an install program in the terminal equipment. A controller(14) transmits the install program stored in the storage. The control action is performed so that the controller performs the telecommunication function. The install program includes a driver executing a communication function, all kinds of the applications and setup programs.
