A standing device of a flat display is provided to apply to various size of main body of display devices and to have a tilting function of the main body of the display device with a simple configuration. A housing(330) has a moving hole which is penetrated by a central axis and rotates at a constant angle as the state where the central axis is penetrated. The housing is connected to a base(340) as the central axis penetrates through the moving hole. The housing is formed with the moving hole as a size of the extent in which rotation does not interfere with the central axis in rotation. The housing is combined with the central axis in the base. The screw thread is formed in the bottom of the central axis, the central axis is combined in the lower-part of the base by screw with the housing and base.
