An environmental analysis system using an internet protocol phone network is provided to performs the control and monitoring of an environmental analysis device in another region except an environmental analysis region. An environmental analysis system includes an IP(Internet Protocol) phone network(N3) and an environmental analysis device(100). The IP phone network is established by an wireless access point(17). The environmental analysis device is installed at a region within a phone network range of the established IP phone network. The environmental analysis device is connected to the IP phone network. The environmental analysis device collects the environmental changes of the installation region in data format and analyzes the collected data.
