A winder having a double deck is provided to improve winding productivity by including two decks, performing winding, in one device and to prevent interference and disturbance between threads guided from a godet roller to a first deck and a second deck respectively. A winder having a double deck comprises a first deck(100) and a second deck(200). The first deck comprises: a slide box(110) installed at the lower part of a godet roller; a friction roller box(120); a traverse cam box(130) guiding thread in a prescribed direction; a plurality of bobbin holders(141,142) reeling the thread guided with the traverse cam box in a bobbin; a revolution drum(140) automatically reeling the thread in an empty bobbin in case the bobbin is fully wound; and a first pusher device(150) removing the fully wound bobbin from the bobbin holder. The second deck comprises a slide box(210), a friction roller box(220), a traverse cam box(230), a plurality of bobbin holders(241,242), a revolution drum(240) and a second pusher device(250).
