<p>A bearing seal for a gas turbine is provided to prevent the leakage of operation gas for the gas turbine in an axial direction by including porous foil having density changed according to the inflow direction of the operation gas. A bearing seal for a gas turbine comprises porous foil(30) posted at the inner surface of a bearing housing(20) in which a rotary shaft(10) is arranged. The porous foil is made of a porous elastic body. The porous foil controls the leakage of operation gas through the space between the rotary shaft and the inner surface of the bearing housing. The porous foil has density which increases in a gas inflow direction. The porous foil is transformed with the dynamic pressure of the operation gas leaked out around the rotary shaft in case the rotary shaft rotates.</p>
