A cosmetic composition containing flower extracts is provided to inhibit SNARE(soluble N-ethylmaleimide-sensitive factor attachment protein receptor) complex formation, control neutrotransmitter discharging and improve wrinkles. A cosmetic composition contains Platycarya strobilacea extracts as active ingredients so as to inhibit SNARE(soluble N-ethylmaleimide-sensitive factor attachment protein receptor) complex generation and control neutrotransmitter discharging. The Platycarya strobilacea extracts is obtained by water or C1-C4 alcohol. The C1-C4 alcohol represents methanol or ethanol. The cosmetic composition has a formulation selected from the group consisting of solution, colloidal suspension, oil emulsion, paste, gel, cream, lotion, powder, soap, surfactant-containing cleansing oil, powder foundation, emulsion foundation, wax foundation or spray.
