A barbecue device is provided to evenly cook meat on a main grill with the indirect heat, the direct heat and the smoke. A barbecue cooking device comprises: a cylinder cooking chamber(110) having a left end which is closed, and a right end; a frame(120) supporting the cylinder cooking chamber; a cover(130) installed at one side of cylinder cooking chamber, opening and closing the cylinder cooking chamber; a main grill(140) installed inside the cylinder cooking chamber, and in which a barbecue material is placed; a heat and smoke exhaust pipe(150) in which the heat and smoke passes through to go out; a valve(152) controlling the amount of the heat and smoke ejected through the heat and smoke exhaust pipe; and a heat and smoke supplying chamber installed on the cylinder cooking chamber lower part.
