<p>A capacitive switch module capable of preventing sensitivity degradation is provided to simplify a manufacturing process by excluding a pin insertion process and a molding process. A capacitive switch module includes a base(140), a capacitive sensor IC chip(150), a metal plate(130), and a bottom cover(160). A top surface and a bottom surface of the base are opened. The capacitive sensor IC chip includes a sensor IC, an active device, a passive device, and a signal input/output pin, and is loaded in an empty space of the base. The metal plate is arranged on a top of the capacitive sensor IC chip, and is connected to an input pin of the capacitive sensor IC chip. The bottom cover supports a bottom of the capacitive sensor IC chip, and is coupled in the base.</p> |
