An error detection circuit of the incremental encoder is provided to easily sense the movement of the moving body by making the moving body to output the normal signal during the movement. An error detection circuit of the incremental encoder detects the error of the encoder sensing the translation distance of the moving body from the pulse signal outputted from two sensor(A,B). Two D flip-flops(F1,F2) inputs the output signal of sensor(A) to the CLR terminal. Two OR-gates(O1,O2) logically sum the output signal of D flip-flop(F1,F2) and the output signal of the sensor(B). The first vibration delete(1) comprises the OR-gate(O3) performing a logical sum operation of the output signal of the OR-gate(O1,O2). |
