A stretcher with a covering member is provided, which prevents a patient from feeling uncomfortable in the transfer of the patient. A stretcher comprises: a body support(110) supporting the body of a patient or the body from the bottom; a pair of support bars(120) which are combined with both sides of the body support in the longitudinal direction and is lift by a user; and a covering member(130) which is combined with the support bar and covers the body supported by the body support to be blocked. The covering member comprises a rigid frame(132), a pivot frame(134), and a cover covering the body.
