A pipe processing apparatus is provided to increase productivity by inserting a rotating member of a rotary processing device into a rotating pipe. A pipe processing apparatus comprises: a supporting unit(100) in which a pipe rotary motor(11) with a rotary shaft is equipped in order to rotate a pipe(1) in one direction in a first frame; a rotary processing device(200) with a moving motor(32) installed by coupling a chain(35) and a chain coupling hole formed in the bottom of a movable member(40); a cylinder generating pressure with extension and contraction of a rod; a rotating piece projected and extended in the end of an arm; the arm coupled to a second rotary shaft to be rotatable; a coupling part formed in order that a screw part vertically moves; an upper roller adhering closely on the top of the rotating pipe and preventing vibration; and a pressure member(20) consisting of a handle vertically moving the screw part.
