The dividing unit consists of a metal throttle valve shaft (1) and of a plastic throttle valve (2). The throttle valve shaft (1) is mounted so that it centrally passes through the throttle valve (2), and the maximum acute angle .alpha. between the longitudinal axis of the throttle valve shaft (1) and another longitudinal axis of the throttle valve (2) ranges from 5~ to 25~.
