<p>A flat-panel display device and an electronic device are provided to implement the high definition by arranging the power supply line at the unit pixel. An active matrix type organic EL display device(10B) comprises a pixel array(30) and a driving part. A unit pixel(20b) is arranged two-dimensionally as the matrices shape and comprises the pixel array. The driving part is arranged at the peripheral unit of the corresponding pixel array and operates each unit pixel. The unit pixel is made of the adjacent sub pixels(20W,20R,20G,20B) belonging to the top and bottom 2 rows. The driving transistor controls the light emission period/non-emission period. A power supply line(32-1~32-m) is wired in 1 row with 1. A sub pixel includes the organic electroluminescent display of the electric current-driven type in which the luminescent brightness is changed as the emitting device.</p> |
