A serial communication device for a train is provided to perform a stable serial communication by correcting deformation of an output signal of a first serial communication chip by an output signal of a second serial communication chip. A serial communication device includes a serial communication signal generating part(1200) and a transmission stabilization part(1300). The serial communication signal generating part includes a first serial communication chip(1210) and a second serial communication chip(1250). A serial data signal is inputted to a first signal input terminal(1211) and a second signal input terminal(1251) of the first serial communication chip and the second serial communication chip from a serial data signal line(1100). The first serial communication chip generates an output signal. The second serial communication chip generates a reference signal. The transmission stabilization part transmits the output signal and the reference signal to an external device. If the output signal of the first serial communication chip is transformed by a noise, the output signal of the first serial communication chip is corrected by the output signal of the second serial communication chip.
