ELECTRODE ASSEMBLY FOR A COLD CATHODE FLUORESCENT LAMP

An electrode assembly for a cold cathode fluorescent lamp is provided to reduce the number of a conjunction process and a manufacturing cost by making a sealing portion and an electrode one body. A cold cathode fluorescent lamp is comprised of a main body connecting member(121), an encountered part(122), an electrode(123), and an external wire(124). The electrode is connected to the inner leading end of the encountered part, and the encountered part is penetrated into the main body connecting member. The encountered part and electrode are built in one body. A secondary electron emission space(122a) is connected to the electron emission space(123a). The supplementary electron emission space is formed in the encountered part.
