MANUFACTURING AND ASSEMBLING METHOD OF A CONDENSER HEADPIPE INTEGRATED WITH RECEIVER DRYER

A manufacturing method of a liquid receiver integrated header pipe of a condenser and an assembling method of the same is provided to simplify a filtering structure in order to reduce a manufacturing cost but to increase the airtightness and the intensity. A manufacture or assembling method of a liquid receiver integrated header pipe of a condenser comprises: a step of extrusion molding the liquid receiver integrated header pipe to an integrated pipe shape(S110); a step of cutting a header pipe as relative to the size of the condenser(S120); a step of cutting and processing a refrigerant inlet and a refrigerant outlet at one end intermediate wall of the cut header pipe(S130); a step of processing a baffle inserting hole and a tube inserting hole on the exterior wall of a first pipe part(S140); a step settling a filter in the refrigerant outlet in order to be fixed(S150); a step of assembling a cap member blocking an open part of the header pipe(S160); and a step of assembling a baffle and a tube in the baffle inserting hole and the tube inserting hole(S170).
