A mobility increasing system of a vehicle is provided to improve the engine efficiency by operating according to the operating state of the brake and accelerator. A mobility increasing system of a vehicle comprises a power main shaft(10) in which a main gear(11) is combined, a first shaft(20) coupling with a first and a second power transmission unit(21,22) on both ends, a second shaft(30) coupling with a third and a fourth power transmission unit(31,32) on both ends, one way power transmission device(40) delivering power to the fourth power transmission unit, a brake bolt gear(50) interposed between the power main shaft and the first power transmission unit, and an accelerator bolt gear(60) interposed between the power main shaft and the third power transmission unit.
