A chip antenna, a manufacturing method thereof, and an antenna array are provided to perform a mass production of a plurality of base frames by LDS(Laser Direct Structuring) process. An antenna array includes an external frame(410), a plurality of base frames(100), one or more fixed frame(420), and a connection part(430). A lock part(440) is formed in four edges of the external frame. A plurality of base frames is vertically arranged inside the external frame. The fixed frame is formed inside the external frame, and fixes both ends of the base frame. The connection part fixes the base frame and the fixed frame. An antenna pattern is formed on the base frame by a LDS process. A plating is performed on the antenna pattern. A chip antenna is manufactured.
