A foldable type container receiving the solid and liquid materials is provided, which improves storage period by separating and storing the solid material and liquid material in a separate storage. A foldable type container receiving the solid and liquid materials comprises: a liquid material case(100) of the cylinder or polygonal type equipped with the internal space for storing the liquid material; a liquid material case locking portion(200) which is integrally formed on the top of the liquid material case; a solid material case(300) equipped with a receiving portion(320) of the trapezoid shape; a knife(500) for the film incision formed of the space part for passing the solid material; and a case(600) in which the knife for the film incision is kept.
