An LED display board capable of expressing the special effects at low cost according to external stimulus without a sensor system is provided to implement two-way communication by transmitting special graphic effects according to coordinates and intensity of stimulus. A sensor(11) sensing the outside stimulus more than the first class is directly connected to the LED module(10). An approval sensor receives the power source from the LED module by being directly connected to the LED module. The sensed signal is transmitted from sensor through the LED module. The LED module transmits coordinate and intensity of the outside stimulus with an operation computer(30) through the LED module for the control controller(20) from the signal collected from sensor. A communications cable(12) serially connects each LED module the some extent thing. It is connected to the LED module for the control controller and the communications cable performs communication. The control signal is transmitted from the LED module for the control controller to each LED module.
