A heating and cooling apparatus using underground air is provided to automatically perform heating and cooling within a building by an automatic temperature controller operating a blower. A heating and cooling apparatus using underground air comprises a demoisturizer(40) which is positioned at the upper end of an underground air intake pipe(10) and removes the moisture in the underground air, and an automatic temperature controller(60) which is installed inside a building and controls a blower(30) according to the indoor temperature. The demoisturizer includes a flow rate decrease chamber for lowering the flow rate of underground air inhaled by the blower.
