摘要 A heat exchange laminate comprising a heat exchange element and operates in counter flow, wherein a product air stream (C) flows over a first side (Y) of the heat exchange element (25, 32) is cooled by heat transfer to the element, the air stream is divided into an outgoing portion (E) and a recirculating portion (D) diverted back over a second side (X) of the heat exchange element being provided with a supply of water (12) whereby heat transfer from the heat exchange element (25, 32) to the water (12) causes it to evaporate into the recirculating portion (D) of the air stream, wherein the heat exchange element comprises a membrane (26) and attached thereto from the second side a heat exchange element (14) of the heat exchange element (25, 32), the heat exchange element is formed from a heat exchange laminate (10), wherein the heat exchange laminate is corrugated to form a series of elongate fins (16) comprising a formable carrier layer (2) at least partially covered with a flexible liquid retaining layer (4) having an open structure such in use, a heat exchange medium can directly contact the carrier layer (2) through the open structure of the liquid retaining layer. The invention also relates to a method for manufacturing the heat exchange laminate and the heat exchange element comprising said heat exchange laminate.
