Printed board machining apparatus

There is provided a printed board machining apparatus that is capable of improving machining efficiency without hampering machining accuracy. The printed board machining apparatus comprises a pressure foot (132) which is provided with a port (50) whose one end is opened to a lower surface (123a) thereof facing to a stiffening plate (31) and whose other end is connected to a compressed gas source (55) to blow out gas from the port (50) at pressure which will not interfere the pressure foot (132) from pressurizing the stiffening plate (31) and printed boards (30) in machining the printed boards (30). It is noted that the gas is blown out during a period of time at least when the pressure foot (132) and the stiffening plate (31) are moving relatively in the horizontal direction.
