A frame of a supersonic humidifier heat sink and a coupling method of a cap are provided to increase the heat dissipation and the anti-corrosive of the heat sink by using the cap made of stainless material. A frame(100) of a supersonic humidifier heat sink comprises: a lower surface having a plurality of joint grooves in order to jointing a PCB and a vibrator; and a cap(200) made of stainless material, inserted in an opening part(110) of the frame, surrounding an edge part(130) of the frame. The cap whose bottom is folded has a deviation preventing part(210) restricting the lower surface of the frame.
