A junction box is provided to reduce noise of a vehicle by mounting a mass block to prevent the resonance of a junction box although a vehicle is driven at high speed. A junction box comprises: a main cover(50) with an electrical equipment and a fixing hole formed to be vertically perforated; and a mass block(60) being hung on the fixing hole and being installed at the bottom surface of the main cover to change the mass of the main cover. The mass block comprises: a body part adhering closely to the bottom surface of the main cover; and a fixing projection fixing the body part to the main cover by being hung on the main cover.
