A turbo guide type heat dissipation device combining a fixed blade and a necking unit cover between a heat dissipation body and a fan is provided to switch heat with air current in a heat section which the air is not entered by inserting air current to the heat dissipater. A thermogenic main body(20) is comprised of a plurality of heat dissipation horizontal pins. A fan(30) is installed at the upside of the thermogenic main body. The cool air is sent to the lower direction about the thermogenic main body and the heat exchange is progressed. A reverse direction stationary blade(40) is installed between an exhausting surface and the thermogenic main body of fan contrary to the rotational direction of fan. An installation space is beneath positioned with the axis center of the reverse direction stationary blade. |
