PROCESS FOR PREPARING EMBOSSED MONODISPERSE SPHERICAL LIGHT DIFFUSER

A method for manufacturing an embossed monodisperse light diffuser is provided to simplify the polymerization process and reduce the manufacturing cost by realizing the particle diameter of 1 to 30 micrometers through only one swelling process. In a dispersion medium which is the mixed co-solvent of the organic solvent and water, by performing the soap-free emulsion polymerization for the vinyl aromatic monomer and polymerization initiator, a seed particle is formed. By adding the seed particle after mixing the monomer, polymerization initiator and dispersion stabilizer, the soap-free emulsion polymerization for an embossed monodisperse light diffuser can be performed through only one swelling process.
