A water separator of a vehicle is provided to improve water separation performance by separating water of small particle and water of big particle through a moisture separating part formed in a separator body. A water separator of a vehicle comprises: a separator body(10) in which a flow channel is formed inside; an intake part(13) in which the air passing through an inlet grill is sucked; an exhaust part(15) ejecting the sucked air via the flow channel of the separator body to an air cleaner; a moisture separating part(30) which is contacted with the water included in the air and separates the water from the air; and a drain part(20) in which the water separated by the moisture separating part is drained.
