A roll mount for vehicle is provided to improve the vibration insulation performance by increasing the expansion/contraction length of the insulator through the inner pipe rotating about an eccentric hole. A roll mount for vehicle comprises an outer pipe(12) having opposite vertical partitions(12a) on the inner circumference, an eccentric hole(14a) made eccentric from the center of the outer pipe to outside, an inner pipe(14) forming right angle with the vertical partition and having horizontal partitions(14b) extended in the horizontal direction, and an insulator(13) which is expanded and inserted inside the vertical and horizontal partitions.
