A golf distance measuring device is provided, which can be operated in the location that GPS is not received and can measure the exact distance. A golf distance measuring device comprises: an interrogator which is carried and used by a golfer; and a transponder which is installed at the target place to measure the distance. The interrogator comprises: a key input unit(41); a first controller(42) calculating the distance information and a first delay time; a first CSS(Chirp Spread Spectrum) transceiver(43) processing the sending/receiving signal of the CSS; and an antenna(44) sending and receiving the radio frequency signal. The transponder comprises: a second controller which transmits the second delay time to the interrogator; a second CSS transceiver processing the sending/receiving signal of CSS; and a second antenna sending and receiving the radio frequency signal.
