An anti-glare hard coating composition is provide to improve brightness while not lowering anti-glare effect, by comprising organic beads of snowman shape. An anti-glare hard coating composition comprises (A) organic-inorganic silica particles which chemically bonds a multi-functional silane compound represented by the chemical formula 1 to a hydroxyl group of the surface of silica particles, (B) multifunctional (meth)acrylate, (C) organic beads, (D) photoinitiator and (E) solvent. In the chemical formula 1, n is an integer of 1-3; R1 and R2 independently show C1-10 aliphatic or aromatic hydrocarbon; R3 is C1-15 aliphatic or aromatic hydrocarbon which contains or does not contain a hetero atom; R4 and R5 show C1-15 aliphatic or aromatic hydrocarbon which contains or does not contain hydrogen or hetero atom; and R6 is linear, branched or cyclic C1-20 aliphatic or aromatic hydrocarbon which contains or does not contain hetero atom.
