A method for preparing Kimbab(rice rolled in dried laver) is provided to prevent the Kimbab from being spoiled easily by not inputting any sugars and give spicy and fresh tastes to the Kimbab using a Cheongyang pepper hard-boiled liquid. A method for preparing Kimbab(rice rolled in dried laver) comprises the following steps of: mixing soy sauce and cooking oil in a ratio of 3:1-20:1 by volume and heating the mixture; adding 0.5-50g of Cheongyang pepper to the heated mixture on a basis of 100ml of the mixture in order to prepare Cheongyang pepper hard-boiled liquid; mixing 10-250ml of the Cheongyang pepper hard-boiled liquid on a basis of 100g of rice; and preparing the Kimbab using rice mixed with Cheongyang pepper hard-boiled liquid, filling materials mixed with Cheongyang pepper hard-boiled liquid and laver. |
