A trailing arm mounting structure of a vehicle is provided to enhance trailing arm mounting strength of the vehicle in the transverse direction by interposing a corrugated spacer in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle and mounting the leading end of the trailing air on the side member of the vehicle body. A trailing arm mounting structure of a vehicle comprises an inside bracket(4a) and an outside bracket(4b) adhered to a side member(3) by welding, and a center bracket(4c) arranged in the inside and the outside bracket. The inside and the outside bracket include a plurality of beads(7) for improvement of stiffness and the center bracket includes a protrusion(8) for improvement of stiffness. The center bracket is attached to the side member with a spacer interposed, where the spacer is a regular flat plate in which concaves and convexes are formed in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. |
