An apparatus for multi-modulation telecommunication in ocean underwater and method for operating the same are provided to overcome interference with the magnetic signal delayed due to the underwater communications of the single modulation system. The apparatus for multi-modulation telecommunication in ocean underwater comprises as follows. The transmitting terminal(30) positioned at underwater transmits the sound wave composed of ping form as the communications start signal(S61). The reception terminal(40) receives the communications start signal through multi-path. The division section information is obtained and stored in the reception termial(S63). The division section information is transmitted in the transmitting terminal(S65).
