A system and a method for guiding a lane and charging a fee in a navigation terminal having a high-pass function are provided to guide a high-pass lane in a high-pass tollhouse. A lane guideline and fee calculation system(100) is mounted on the inside or outside of the navigation terminal of a vehicle. A GPS receiver(110) receives the GPS signal transmitted by a GPS satellite. A high-pass functional unit(120) charges the fee by communicating with the high-pass fee payment device. A charge calculator(140) calculates the charge on a traveling course of the vehicle and provides the guiding information. A lane guide unit(130) guides the high-pass lane through the location information. A display unit(150) displays the lane guideline and the charge information on a screen.
