A gargle liquid dispenser comprises: a main body(10) in which an opening is equipped in the top and one or more discharge cock(14) connected with the opening is installed on the front side; a container(18) which is mounted on the opening of the top of the main body and in which the gargle liquid(16) like the oral cleaner is stored; a display(20) displaying image information including advertisement or the gargle liquid usage; a controller which controls the operation of the display while being built in the inner part of the main body; a memory storing the image information; and a plurality of magnetic plate parts(28) consisting of the magnetic material.
