A one-touch type self-inflatable tube comprises a tube body A containing a solution pouch B and a powder C. The sealed solution pouch B contains either a solution of a water-soluble organic acid in water when the powder comprises sodium bicarbonate, or contains a solution of sodium bicarbonate in water when the powder comprises water-soluble organic acid powder. The organic acid may be at least one selected from, or a mixture of lactic, ascorbic, tannic, citric, acetic, malic, fumaric, gluconic, and succinic acid. The self-inflatable tube according to the present invention reduces the work of introducing external gas into the tube, provides simple self-inflation equipment which is convenient to manage and reduces production costs. The tube may be used in the manufacturing of practical articles such as stick balloons often used as cheering tools, water tools, air cushions or life-jackets. |
