A connector assembly is provided to improve the reliability of a product by coupling a coupling screw part of a fixing holder and a screw part of a second connector. A connector assembly comprises: a first connector(10) with a terminal inside; a second connector with a screw part formed in the outer circumference; and a fixing holder(30) in which a coupling screw part, corresponding to a screw part of the second connector, is formed in the inner circumference. The first connector comprises: a first housing(11) with a terminal hole; a coupling rib contacted with the second connector; and a separation preventing projection(17) which prevents the fixing holder from being separated from the first housing.
