A shock absorber is provided to improve productivity and maintain the performance decreasing vibration and impact of a vehicle continuously by radiating heat generated in an inner tube to outside. A shock absorber comprises: an inner tube(30) with a piston rod inside; an outer tube(50) formed outside the inner tube; an oil force(70) in which an oil path is formed; and one or more ribs formed between the outer tube and the inner tube. The outer tube positions the inner tube inside at regular intervals. The outer tube is installed in the one end of the inner tube.
