An apparatus and a method for noise reduction of Multi-RRF system at the receiving ends are provided to reduce an interference between each RRF received signal by reducing the noises generated when the RRF relay receives signal from a terminal (PSS:Portable Subscriber Station) before a signal summing. An FFT(Fast Fourier Transform) performing unit(21) performs a fast Fourier transform of a received signal. A signal/noises discriminator(22) distinguishes noises of the received signal based on threshold. A zeroing unit(23) performs a zeroing of a subcarrier(noises) having a power less than threshold, that is distinguished through the signal/noises discriminator. A transmit unit(24) transmits the received signal with noise-cancelled in a frequency domain to a base station(RAS:Radio Access Station).
