A method for securing input information is provided to prevent actual data from being read when data is input in a user information apparatus in spite of hacking, thereby preventing personal information from being leaked. A user information apparatus generates and rearranges a random number to generate an input character string(S1). A server encodes a number or a character of a reference character string by a program(S2). The reference character string and the input character string are simultaneously displayed on a screen of the user information apparatus(S3). When a key of a number or a character of an input character string matched with the reference character string is pressed, personal information is inputted(S4). The user information apparatus substitutes the personal information with the personal information of the reference character string(S5). Encoded personal information is transmitted to a server(S6). The server decodes the encoded personal information into actual personal information(S7).
