摘要 A method for screening active material using Cryptococcus neoformans strain is provided to quickly detect transmitter controlling p38/Hog 1 MAPK pathway and calcineurin signaling system. A screening method comprises a step of dropping candidate drug and fludioxonil onto wild type Cryptococcus neoformans(cna1) strain to screen p38 MAPK/calcineurin transmitter. The p38/Hog1 MAPK signaling inhibitor is screened by dropping candidate drug and fludioxonil onto mutant Cryptococcus neoformans strain which calcineurin pathway is blocked, or wild type Cryptococcus neoformans is dropped with FK506. The p38/Hog1 MAPK signaling activator is screened by dropping candidate drug onto mutant Cryptococcus neoformans strain which calcineurin pathway is blocked, or wild type Cryptococcus neoformans dropped with FK506.
