<p>In order to provide an airbag (10) and an airbag apparatus including a right half (12) and a left half airbag (14), in which a stitching trouble therefor is saved, and a motor vehicle provided with the airbag apparatus, the airbag (10) is formed of an inside panel (20) extending from a tip end of a right half airbag (12) up to a tip end of a left half airbag (14), while passing through each facing surface of both the right half airbag (12) and the left half airbag (14), and a one-sheet outer panel (80) constituting an outer surface of the right half airbag (12) (right outer surface (30)), an outer surface of the left half airbag (14) (left outer surface (40)), and a surface surrounding a base end chamber (16) (mouth surface (50)).
