A repair and reinforcement method for marine/underwater structures using a transparent panel and a structure thereof are provided to easily and quickly execute the work by simplifying composition elements of a reinforcing ring fixture and a transparent panel reinforcing ring. A repair and reinforcement method for marine/underwater structures using a transparent panel is composed of an underwater reinforcing face repair step(S1) for punching an anchor hole and leveling the surface, a working space securing step(S2) for installing a working apparatus outside the underwater of the structure, a lattice reinforcing ring forming step(S3) for connecting the both ends after bending a reinforcing mesh at a cylindrical form a step(S4) for placing a lattice reinforcing ring under the water, and a transparent reinforcing ring forming step(S5), a transparent reinforcing ring underwater placing step(S6) for placing the transparent reinforcing ring the outer position than the placed position of the lattice reinforcing ring, a step(S7) for fixing the lattice reinforcing ring and the transparent reinforcing ring to the structure with a reinforcing ring fixture, and a step(S9) for integrally uniting the lattice reinforcing ring, the transparent reinforcing ring, resin mortar, and the structure. |
