An air suspension apparatus for a vehicle is provided to minimize torsion of a lower arm by minimizing moment momentum. An air suspension apparatus for a vehicle comprises: an air piston(55) mounted to a car body; and a sleeve assembly(65) in which an air piston is arranged to be reciprocated. The sleeve assembly is mounted on the lower arm connecting the car body and a wheel axle. The sleeve assembly comprises: a cylindrical air sleeve(70) whose both end parts are opened; a dust cover(75) preventing the inflow of foreign material; and a mounting unit(80) which is formed in order to shield the bottom part of the opened air sleeve.
