A steering angle signal sensing method of a vehicle is provided to receive normal steering angle signal from MDPS and prevent the lighting of the ESC system warning lamp when the power of MDPS ECU is cut off, thereby improving the stability of system. A steering angle signal sensing method of a vehicle comprises a first step of receiving steering angle signals from an MDPS(Motor Driven Power Steering)(S200), a second step of determining whether the received steering angle signals are normal, and a third step of turning on a warning lamp if the steering angle signals are abnormal. The steering angle signal includes MDPS status signal, MDPS steering angle initial setting state signal, steering angle signal value, and steering angle speed value.
