摘要 A natural seasoning using sea squirt and a preparation method thereof are provided to apply fresh tastes and various nutrients to a seasoning. A method for preparing a natural seasoning comprises the following steps of: preparing 30-35wt% of freeze-dried sea squirt powder and supplementary materials dried at a temperature range of 65-75°C for 5-6 hours; pulverizing the materials to become 150-200mesh in size and mixing the pulverized materials; and drying the mixed materials at a temperature of 50-60°C for 3-4 hours so that the dried materials have less than 8% of moisture. The supplementary materials contain 20-25wt% of Laminaria japonica, 15-20wt% of anchovy, 13-15wt% of brown seaweed, 7-10wt% of Lentinus edodes and 3-5wt% of garlic.
