An automotive fuel tank apparatus is provided to maintain the height of stored fuel by supplying pneumatic pressure to a main tank and a sub tank through a pneumatic pressure feeding unit. An automotive fuel tank apparatus comprises: a first adjustment pipe which is mounted so that an air pressure chamber(A) of a sub tank(200) and a main tank(100) inside is connected; a first solenoid valve(410) opening and closing the first adjustment pipe; a pneumatic pressure feeding unit(500) supplying the pneumatic pressure to the air pressure chamber; a sub tank sensor unit(600) measuring difference between the air pressure and the fuel pressure of the sub tank; a main tank sensor unit(700) measuring difference between the air pressure and the fuel pressure of the main tank; and a controller controlling the first solenoid valve and the pneumatic pressure feeding unit according to the value measured through the sub tank and main tank sensor units.
